Towage

Vessel movement to or from single buoy mooring : Per Tug Per Half Hour = RM 1,250 Night Services : All towage services shall incur an additional charge 50% for services rendered between 6 pm and 6 am the following day.
Public Holiday : An extra charge of 50% of the normal towage charge shall be payable in addition to normal charge due.
Cancellation : If cancellation or amendment is made less than two (2) hours before the requested time on the original booking, towage dues of RM200 per occasion is payable.
Pilotage

Pilot Detention : When pilot is detained on board a vessel at pilot boarding ground, the following charges shall be payable:

Berth Occupancy
Payable by all vessels using Bintulu Port wharves or jetties. Dues are based on LOA of vessel and the time it spends at the berth.

Other Stevedores Charges
Stevedores on stand-by:
When a gang is ready but not used, a stand-by charge of RM38 per half hour are levied. No charge is levied if gang is idle for reasons beyond the control of vessels, e.g. bad weather, no Custom clearance.
Working during meal breaks: RM38 per gang per half hour
Transhipment cargo: 10% rebate on normal stevedorage rates
Gang Cancellation : For gang ordered but not utilised, a cancellation fee at the following rates shall be payable:
Gang ordered for weekdays RM50 per gang
Gang ordered for Sundays/public holidays RM100 per gang
Water Supply
From wharves
- RM3.00 per 1,000 litres, subject to a minimum charge or RM100.00 per occasion.
From waterboat
- RM5.50 per 1,000 litres, subject to a minimum charge or RM120.00 per occasion.
